Help with my rent so my family wont be homeless.

I am 27 weeks pregnant and i lost my job due to being in the hospital for 6 days. I have 2 children already, my 20 month old son is autistic and he goes to therapy and counseling twice a week and i will lose custody of him if i cant pay my rent because he is considered disabled. My daughter is almost 3 years old. I am in desperate need of help..
