Hi I'm a single mother with three kids I recently left my kids dad of ten years and I've never got a license because my kids dad didn't let me have one since then he would let me drive but then would call and report that I was driving with out a license if I wasn't home at the exact time that he told me to be back so I have accumulated driving fines and now I can't get a license with out paying those first and being a single mother with three kids is hard to do anything with out a car or license so please help me and my kids become independent
