Hello, my name is Michael. I would love to make my house a home again. I owe a mortgage and it needs repairs. I'm a 71 year old widower, disabled and now retired. I am on a fixed income and don't have much. In my free time I foster kittens and cats, watch tv, and try what I can to fix the house but I am no longer capable of some of the work and need help raising funds. As someone who worked most of his life it is hard to ask for help. If you can't donate or would like to help please post my fundraiser on social media as I'm not very good with them. Thank you. I can get better estimates if I start to get funds. I put needed for what needs to be done, and want to things that would be nice to have.
Needed, Roof Estimate $5,840 to $10,100, its been repaired many times and it is once again leaking.
Needed. Leveling a room, $1,000 - $2,000. Right now there is cardboard to help level to keep things from falling.
Needed, Tile if the room gets leveled, right now it is just particle board and you get splinters. I have cheap rugs on it to help. Would get cheap tile but the cost looks like it'll be around cost a bit. Will get estimate if it gets leveled.
Needed garage wall fix, $300
Want to have, downstairs shower fixed, it doesn't work. Have to get an estimate still.
Want to have, Holes from leaks Medium to large hole: $200 to $400 each, not sure if I can get a better deal or not. Have at least 2.
Want to have, Ceiling damage from roof leaks.
Want to have, Replacement of broken windows, about $300 to $2500 per window. I'll be going with the cheapest. Needed, 4
Want to have, Carpet removal $140 to $320, Going with the cheapest option.

The mortgage was taken out to help my wife out, when she had stage 4 cancer. She is no longer with us. The amount still owed is around $60,000. I don't feel comfortable asking for help with so much but if I can at least get the repairs it would help tremendously. Thank you.
