I desperately need help.

I'm having difficulty paying my bills. I'm not making much at my job, but I'm having trouble finding another one. I don't have any skills or talents, so they only thing I would really be able to get are low paying jobs. My husband is on disability, but that doesn't bring in very much. I have cut out pretty much everything I can cut out. My cat needs to go to the vet and my car needs new tires and new brakes. Any help I can get would be great. Thank you.
