Need help to get to grandmother she is in ICU and not expected to make it.

I beg anyone who can please help get home to see my grandmother. She had a major stroke on the 24th and a series of strokes all day afterward. Her doctors say it's up to her and how strong her body is. She is almost 90 years old this woman raised me. I can not live with myself if I don't try everything possible I beg you please any amount helps me. Thank you in advance.
