Looking to Catch up in life

I honestly dont know if this will work. I've got under $1000 in my name and i'm just looking to get caught back up in life after covid. Im behind on vet bills and even normal bills working a full time job that barley pays. I just can't seem to get myself caught back up to a decent point.
