Unfortunate victim of a scam

I invested in a site in hopes of putting money into savings for my child. They ended up having unexpected fees not allowing me my money back. I tried to get a p2p loan and was sent a fraud check. Now my bank that Ive been with for 5 years wants me to pay it back and close my account. I am asking for 2100.
