Immin desperate need of help

where do i begin!! Im not going to butter this up in any way im in this mess because of my own selfish actions, about ten years ago is when it all started, my gambling i won some and lots alot i ended up borrwing money i didnt habe from banks, pay day lenders, finance companies and loan sharks bad ones, currently in around £200,000 of debt £75,000 of which is to loan sharks the rest to family friends and companies, i stopped gambling 5 years ago when my beautiful daughter was born i got help and beat that but the damage was already done, iv ruined my life and im ruining everyone elses, i need help please i need a new start, ill work for it ill do anything for it, im
