My name is Noura, I am currently in my last semester of my master's degree at Politecnico di Milano in Milan, Italy.
A few days ago, I received an email from the university saying that I have to pay a tuition fee of €3,722 in one installment by June 7th. I was not expecting to have to pay a tuition now and I didn't expect it to be that high, because usually it is divided in smaller installments and I previously had a scholarship which I unfortunately lost.
I come from Lebanon and our economy is in ruins. The Lebanese pound has lost 90% of its value since October 2019. Due to the entire economic situation, banks in Lebanon do not allow people to access their money or send money abroad. The last time my parents were able to send me some money to pay the rent and groceries was more than six months ago and I could not have continued living and studying here without the scholarship I got the year previous one.
I asked the university for an extension of the deadline or to let me pay it in smaller installments, but they refused and said I have to pay it by the 7th of June, or I will not be allowed to take my final exam nor present my thesis.
I currently have nothing near this amount, and it is impossible to be able to gather it within less than two weeks! I kindly ask you to help me to try to collect the €3,722 withing the deadline.

Hello, after our (my only sister and Me) mother passed away, it was just us two to keep going on. Which we did till a couple months ago. My only sister got an infection, which ended taking her short life suddenly. She was the one who got us govt help for a place to live and money for food and daily living. With her passing, I am left homeless . I just applied for govt help but I am told it takes from 4 to 6 weeks So, if there is anybody out there who can help me get off the streets into a room plus get food I sure would appreciate it. I am sure I can possibly return the favor when my govt money arrives. Thank you.
i’ve been saving up for this moment for a while. from wanting to move in with my dad to literally running away from home, i’ve tried everything to get out. now that my i am 18 and nearly out of high school, i’m trying to get a place of my own, but i need a little extra help with the funds. my mom periodically has taken some of the money i’ve earned out of our joint account and used them for her own benefit. i’ve gotten my own account now, and all i need is your help… please.
I woke up this morning to find my car had been stolen. I didn't have a way to get my kids to school. It gets even worse. My husband had all of his tools in the trunk of the car. We have scraped away for a whole year just to buy his 10 inch sliding compound miner saw, orbital sander, trim router, socket set, speed square hammer, belt sander, all Milwaukee brand. His extension cord was even in there. My husband is devastated. He was laid off and just started a new job yesterday and was unable to go today because we only have the one car and he is a finish carpenter and has to bring his own tools. We have 4 kids and I care for my 89 year old grandma full-time so I don't work. His income is the only money we have coming in. 2020 was a rough year for us as it was many others but unfortunately my husband got corona virus and he was laid off and my daughter got it too so we had to quarantine for a long time. I am thankful everyday that our family survived COV-ID, it is a very real sickness. We can't seem to get caught up or back on our feet. We have no savings and used what we did have because my husband's unemployment got denied so we barely made it. Now to have our only transportation stolen and all of his tools we are just ready to give up. We feel like failures as parents because we can't even provide for our children, and just when things seem to be looking like they are going back to normal we are hit with some tragedy. We are good people and I am starting to feel like Job in the Bible. When is it going to end and when will we get a break? I have never seen my husband so sad. We can't do anything without a car and my husband can't work without his tools. If anyone could just help us out to get him some tools and enough to rent a car for a month we can really try to make something work. We have tried applying for loans but have had no luck. My children deserve to go to school because they missed so much on quarantine. My husband would like to feel like he provides for our family. I'm a nursing student and I am attending University in October. I'm in debt and struggling to keep control of my finances. I have a job but my hours have been cut heavily due to the pandemic. Any help would mean so much. This is my last resort.

Hello everyone, my name is Cristof. I am a veteran and decided to get out of the military to pursue better opportunities. Before I got out I had a pretty big amount of debt and thought that I could easily pay it off. Once covid hit, I was laid off from my job because they had no more work. I was forced to take out multiple loans to make ends meet and pay off the monthly bills. I have been struggling financially for years now and I need a lot of help.
