Hello . I am Nazokat. My family is in terrible situation. My father’s company went bankrupt. We need help to pay back the debt. My father has not been able to come back home for 10 years because of it. My mother has become sick because of it. She has been suffering for 8 years. She fell into depression and lost her weight because of it. Now she has only bones and skin. We can not live. We just exist. When you have debt , it is like life in prison , because you can not escape. It is smothering you. We all work, unfortunately it is enough only for living. I am 31 now. Even if I work for 30 years I will not be able to earn such big money. I have not my own life. Just work till evening and after that I take care of my mother. My life just consist of working, sparing and collecting money. Help us. We will appreciate any help. Thanks for reading my story .

My name is Cary, I am a 50-year-old woman who has lived in a tent for over a year now. Living in a tent is okay, it's pretty hard but me and my dog Blaze, we get by. It's hard to save money like this because without electricity you have to eat out all the time and rent a room to shower which gets really expensive, but I have managed to come up with about $2,000. I'm saving to move home to Tennessee because my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Her and my daddy have been married 59 years, and I think that is amazing! But my Daddy's going to need a lot of help because she is progressing pretty quickly. Living like this and saving money has not been easy, I panhandle and do odd jobs. My goal is to buy a camper to put next to Daddy's shop. They live in a 2 bedroom mobile home and Daddy's had to move into the second bedroom so there's not any room for me. However, he can hook the electricity up for me and hook me up to their septic and water. A really good used camper costs around $3,000. I would really like to make it up to Tennessee by the end of August to help my Daddy. My husband is a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic. He has had this all his life he is 42 yrs old.  He was never properly taught how to manage his diabetes properly and continues to struggle with controlling it. Because of so many lows and so many highs he has developed severe diabetic neuropathy in his hands and feet. When co-vid hit everything changed. I lost my job in a nursing home because the facility was on lock down and I was the newest hire. Then my husband got sick, real sick. Within 3 months of the pandemic we believe my husband had covid twice and still to this day has not fully recovered.   We believe he is a long hauler, he experiences brain fog, confusion, lack of energy, severe depression, mood swings, insomnia, over sleeping, dizziness and loss of consciousness. During his second bout of covid his neuropathy in his feet became so constant and excruciating that we needed to purchase a mobility chair and a wheel chair for him to use. He can barely walk now.  My husband was deemed disabled and unable to work 4 years ago, he still does not receive social security or disability because of his age, he was just shy of the required work credits, and due to covid everything was at a stand still.  I cannot get a job outside of the home because I literally have to do everything for him, myself, our dog, my husbands father who is a vet and recieves disability but he unfortunately gambles and smokes away every dollar that doesn't go to the rent. I rely on food pantries so we don't starve, and keeping food and the basic necessities gets harder everyday. I would love to be able to work from home but finding a legitimate work from home job is difficult, especially one that pays well enough for us to survive on a daily basis.  I am at a point where my mental and physical health are breaking under all the stress and I am extremely worried that I am watching my husband literally dying because I can't catch a break that will better our situation and his and my health.  We both only have eachother, our families are no longer parts of our lives, not our choice, but it's just the way it is, so I don't even have that support system behind me.  If anyone who reads this finds it in their hearts to send a prayer, advise , a job lead , food, or financial support it would be most greatly appreciated, never expected, and even writing this and asking for anything from anyone is extremely hard to do, I feel like I have failed not only myself but my husband also.  Thank you for taking time to read this . This month I don't believe I will make my rent by less than $200. I also have a $63 energy bill. While I have managed to pay my rent consistently throughout the coronavirus pandemic, this month has been particularly hard. If I can't pay my bill, I will be charged a $35 late fee. I also get paid on the 2nd, but if I overdraft my account on the first, I will get charged a fee for that, as well. While the late/overdraft fees are small, every dollar counts in my current situation. The month of July had simply seen a lot of things that have caused me to come up short on rent.
First, I had to get a $220 repair done on my car. I tried to put it off as long as I could, but it needed to be done last week. 
In the middle of August, I have a major make-or-break examination required to advance in my career. My current job will not pay me or give me paid time off to study despite encouraging me to continue and this has caused me to do hardly anything but work and study. On top of that, since October I have been working a gig economy job occasionally during the month to pick up extra cash. Because I have been focusing on studying, I haven't been doing that job in July.
Secondly, my fiancee has a chronic disability and had to leave her job because it was impacting her work. We're expecting that she'll be able to get unemployment for a while as she left for a covered reason but it is all still pending. Losing her job has put all of the responsibility of paying rent/bills on me and with everything going on it was just a lot to ask. I've additionally had to stay home from work (I can work from home) occasionally to take care of her because sometimes she really needs help to do anything if her condition is bad enough.
Finally, I have a history of depression and I started to notice this week that I am starting to feel overwhelmed and depressing thoughts are kicking in. Since I'm the only person in my household working right now, I can't afford to take any actual time off from my job for a mental health day. I know that I'm on the verge of being in a financially stable place if I pass this exam because it opens up so many new opportunities for me, but I'm just super worried about this month.
