Dental expenses

I am coming here because my teeth are super bad. I have two major infections that are getting worse. I do have insurance, but it wont cover all the work that needs to be done. I work full time and have 2 children as well. I am asking for $2000 to fix all the problems I have. But for now to start the work I need at least $800.
