Brother wrecked car need money for used car

Recently my brother wrecked my car and totaled it. He was unemployed but has gotten a job since then and is going to pay me back but I need a car now to get to and from work. I’m in need of about $700 to be able to buy a used car I already have some money saved up and I’m willing to repay the money when I get paid.
