A Little Help During My Nursing School Journey
Hi everyone,
I'm currently a full-time student enrolled in an accelerated nursing program, working toward becoming a registered nurse. After spending years working in education, I made the decision to pursue a new career in healthcare because I wanted to continue making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
While I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to return to school, the financial challenges have been more difficult than I anticipated. My program is extremely demanding, making it difficult to balance school with employment. Between rent, utilities, groceries, and other basic living expenses, I've found myself struggling to make ends meet.
Recently, I also experienced an unexpected utility disruption that left me without electricity and heat for several days, resulting in additional expenses, including having to replace spoiled food.
I'm hoping to raise $1,000 to help cover some of these immediate expenses and provide a little breathing room while I continue my studies.
Asking for financial assistance isn't something I'm particularly comfortable doing, but I recognize that sometimes we all need a little help. I'm working hard to build a more stable future and ultimately enter a profession where I'll have the opportunity to care for others.
Any contribution, regardless of the amount, would mean a great deal to me. Even a few dollars would help, and I would be genuinely grateful.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for considering helping me during this chapter of my life.
