What about TUNA environments?
According to many experts at Oxford University, we already live in a TUNA environment: Turbulent, Uncertain, New, and Ambiguous. However, the BANI environment theory is the most widely accepted.

So how can you adapt to the BANI environment?

Be resilient : Design strong, resilient environments that can adapt and survive as many circumstances as possible.

Be flexible : It is key that this strength is accompanied by a flexible attitude, that is, embracing change without resisting it.

Be proactive : Despite any fear, don't be inactive, nor take too many risks. Balance is key.

Be optimistic : Don't always think about what should have been and focus more on accepting what is and what is to come, leaving the past behind.

Be more empathetic : Implement communication in your work environment and strategies, in addition to creating a more transparent space.
