We are struggling just to make ends meet after losing our home and everything we own in a house fire. My car was in the driveway and caught fire when the house burnt. Hi, am Jason my went to the ER ad the medicine they gave him he couldn't wake up for 3 weeks when he came to he couldn't walk so they try to put him in a nursing home. I went and got him and brought him home and quit my job so I could help him learning to walk. We've lost a lot since I lost my income. I'll probably have to find my grate Dane a new home. In search for help with paying the remaining balance of court fines $450.00 which is due on July 21, 2023.
My husband recently was diagnosis with cancer. Abruptly he had to stop working and begin chemotherapy treatments very quickly. Due to having to pay out of pocket for his treatments it has depleted all of our savings. We are facing hardship and I am the only one who is working trying to maintain rent and all the other bills in our home. I already received an extension and payment plan on my court fees. The court fees was initiated due to failure of not having car insurance which caused my driver license to be suspended. Was driving one evening coming home from work I was pulled over due to missing headlight and unaware of my licenses being suspended at the time I was pulled over. I went to jail for the night until bonded out faced the judge and was given the court ordered fees of $1200.00. I've paid most of it and DO NOT have the funds nor means to pay remaining balance and by not doing so it will result having to spend 45 days in county jail. I CANNOT AFFORD JAIL time especially my husband and children need me. Also; I am the only able body to manage all the bills and provide food in my home. I was researching the web trying to apply for any type of loans which no luck. That's when I came upon the information to this website to in regards to receiving help.
I AM in desperate need, nor have I ever done anything like this before. Really praying and seeking for a miracle this is my last resort. In the future I definitely would be paying it forward; especially if someone helps me. It's only fair and right to help the next person when I'm able to do so....PLEEEEEESEEE HELP DESPERATELY IN NEED.

I'm Archie from the Philippines, me and wife came from a poor family but strive so hard to establish a good and comfortable life with my kids. We are able to mortgage a condominium unit, a house and lot in a good subdivision, got cars and businesses. 

Then, my step father got cancer, then my mother got heart problem and we spend most of our money for the hospitalization, and for the burials. Worst, pandemic Strick. We are building 14 houses (for our construction company) without fundings because the developer halt all payments due to financial stability. We continue the construction asking loans from different persons with a very high monthly interest(8% to 20%). The advertising company we also owned also had no income. We have projects but needs fund to continue since we already consume the down payment in paying the interest of our loans. 

Now, everything slowly got away from my hands. The condominium with a balance of nearly 55,000USD will now be foreclosed by the developer and so is the house and lot with nearly 108,000USD. I have a loan both from friends and online nearly 100,000USD with a monthly interest. From here I really don't know where to go, I don't know what to do. All I know now is that me and my wife will soon go to jail, my properties will sequestered and my children will stop from studying.

I need help please...
