If you were honest I'll give a freebie to you by mail but you must have a P.O box and must be homeless with no physical house or apartment address (video proof needed to identify your urgency) such as living in tent or manmade non house structures. Underground does not count as structure unless wood or other material is holding it up per your choices.
I have found a small apartment size solar panel for my family of 3 incaee our electric goes off by June 26th.. My way is better then asking for direct cash, I'd also save regular grid electric too. Goal is also be off grid, please help if able as this is a dire situation or we will receive a disconnected notice.
