If any of you understand the EB3 visa bulletin, please explain to me how you do it. I don't understand at all what website I need to go to and where I need to look. I didn't think it would be so difficult for me to understand it, so I only hope for your help.

I was recently layed off from my job with no idea when I will be returning. I've been doing odd jobs to try and make ends meet but still having a hard time. Bills are piling up and I am overdrafted at the bank. I literally feel like I'm drowning and am at my wits end. So if anyone wants to help until I get my job back or find another one it would be much appreciated!
