Need help for justice and divorce from husband

       I am 29 years old single mother from india. My husband who draw out all my money from joint bank account, physically beat and abuse me,bullying, and cause domestic violence. He sold out my property which i gifted from my parents during marriage as gift. He kicked me out from home after 15 days of delivery. Now i am helpless have no money home and shelter, living with my infant at one of my close female friend. I can't pay lawyer fees and another expenses. Hello. My name is Al, I live in paraguay. I've grown up with a verbally abusive father and a brother. I was socially awkward in school and I dropped out of university. The only job I ever got was in a money exchange house and I only lasted a month there and the only reason I got it was because of my godfather who nowadays doesn't want anything to do with me and I suspect it's because I'm homosexual. When I came out of the closet to my brother at 16 he outed me to my sister who outed me to my parents, and because of that I have trouble trusting anyone and I developed some form of apathy for the world around me. I was rejected and told I was gonna get kicked out so I told them I was just confused. a year later I got caught chatting with men online by my brother and I had no other choise but to tell the truth, then my brother treated to kill himself if I didn't say I was lying so I got back in the closet. The next year I came out of the closet definitively and my brother tried to commit suicide, not only that he became mentally ill. at 24 year old, in 2015 I met a guy nicknamed Velkan, he was the first person ever that accepted be just as I am from the first minute. He didn't even bat an eye. Not only that, he came everyday to see my plays at the lan house and told me how good I was and he genuinely wanted to play with me. One day I was feeling down, and I went to the lan house even though I didn't have any money to play. Then he came and we talked and I told I didn't want to live anymore, then he smiled at me and comforted me and he's the same type of guy that would tell you he would kill you if you tried to hit on him if you're a guy but at the same time he had this strange smile that just tells you "you are my friend, you're special to me". that day he paid hours to play with me. in 2017 I went to try university again so we distanced ourselves a bit, that year in november he commited suicide. and I was heartbroken. I quit university and pretty much life altogether. I spend 2018 drowning in a void of sorrow and grief. I created a comic book storyboard and I created a character based on my friend. and nowadays the only purpose of my life is that comic book. I don't care about anything. I don't care about love, relationships. All I care about is to be able to fund this comic book.. So I'm trying to come up with a plan to fund it. I don't think I'll be able to get a job.
So far this is the only plan that I have work with Dropshipping on shopify using the in-app Oberlo work as a streamer playing games that I enjoy
problem is, shopify requires a bank account with an international credit card and I don't have one and I can't say it would be easy task to get one because banks in PY are very bureaucratic. they require so many things and proof of income that I don't have. and they even require you to deposit at least 2000 dollars which I don't have either. minimum wage is like 350 dollars here. a friend of mine told me that in paraguay they do everything they can to avoid personal economic growth because corporations and government don't want people to empower themselves. which is why even paypal is only avaliable in paraguay to do payments and not receive money. I'm not sure if it's an actual conspiracy but there are many services that are avaliable in all south americs except paraguay. So yeah.. I just wanted to get this off my chest.?

I decided to do this so that we can start our own business. Fast forward to now, well, it didn't work out so well. Our business fell apart and we lost all our money and we couldn't finish paying our mortgage. At the moment we still owe a lot on our home. We can't afford to pay the monthly installments on our home due to the fact that both my wife and I are unemployed.


It is extremely difficult for my wife to find work in our country, due to her disability. Tracy (my wife) is always trying to look for ways to see where she can make some money for our family. She receives disability grant on a monthly basis as well.


I applied for work at several companies, but to no avail. I can't find work, even though I have a qualification (Diploma) in Electrical Engineering. I have a little business where I transport school children. The money I make here is not nearly enough to pay for all our expenses. Within the first 2 weeks of the month, then our money is finished. After that, we have to borrow money from friends and family. To tell you the truth, I am tired to live this way. This is not living at all.


I've attached pictures to show how much we still owe on our home. As well as the letter that states when I left the company I worked for.

Hi everyone. Me and my husband are in desperate need of help. We never ask for help but we are now needing to. I have been recently diagnosed with cancer and have had to travel to see doctors and more testing. My husband has also been ill and has been of work for the last three weeks and has had no pay and then was rushed into emergency surgery last weekend. He has no unemployment as he just finished a claim and got back to work when he took ill so now we have no income and have two months before he can get back to work and get a pay. Our rent will soon be due in nine days  and our monthly bills and food and medications on top of that. I'm not sure how to go about asking someone I don't know for help, but I'll just let the person reading this know what's currently going on. I work for a local fast food restaurant, and I am a single dad. My daughter is 4 years old, she will be 5 in August. Her mother and I didn't really see eye to eye, and she decided without any warning about 2 months ago, that she was ready to leave. So she did, and very rarely will she contact me, but when she does, it's truly heartbreaking. I hate knowing that she would rather do...God knows what; instead of being here with her daughter. I'm sorry for going on about that, I just KNOW that was the turning point, when life immediately became that much harder. My mother passed in 2011, and my father in 2016, and I've never felt as alone as I do right now. I've contacted local churches to see if they could possibly help us, as well as asking some friends for help. Nothing has worked out, and that's why I'm here. As of posting this, I don't know what to do. Genuinely. We are short $315 on rent, $100 for electric, and $85 for her lunches at school. Again, I no longer have any idea on what to do, and that's what I'm writing this. If ANYONE could help us get these 3 things taken care of, it would mean so very much to us, and my daughter any I would be inclined to write you a thank you card and send it to your email when she gets out of school later today. since May 28th 2018 our lives have been turned upside down I sleep wherever I can, the place where I'm at right now are telling me that if I don't pay rent within the next couple days they're going to kick me out and the city utilities are scheduled for shut off tomorrow.


everybody is trying to hold on for me but we've all been waiting since May 28th my kids want to be back with me I don't have a stable place to allow them to be so I have to keep them in the custody of my ex-wife right now.


I look for jobs I can't get no jobs anywhere because of my lawsuit, I know what I was fired for, for going to jury duty it's the only thing that we talked about I don't know what to do.


I have no friends or family here, I am fighting all these lawsuits on my own I'm overwhelmed I'm dealing with DFS cuz I can't care for my children like this is all stuff that I never would have imagined it in my life that I would be dealing with I was a successful person here in July and everything was taken away from me and I don't know what to do I have no answers, the only thing I see is what's in black and white and I see that the state of Wyoming and the appeals division for unemployment made a bad decision they let me down, I should have had unemployment and my family has suffered so much because of this.


I am a single father with a 16 year old who is have raised from 3 years old till now with no child support.


I have always kept employment here in Gillette, Wy and I am a CAT mechanic but the last 12 months have been really bad and we have sold  everything we own, the reason I am having difficulties finding work is I am suing two local companies that I worked for.


The main company has been blackballing me from new employers, I have even been working with Gov. Matt Mead, Deputy Director John Ysebaert and Guy Hadley and they have even asked if I considered moving out of Gillette or the state because they see that I am being treated unfair.


Unfortunately I do not have the funds to move or we would go to Colorado, but for now we need some sort of emergency help.


We have no family or friends here and all my family has already helped as much as they can, I have used every resource in Gillette but to come up with rent and electric is not looking good.
