Không ít gia đình mở hồ sơ bao lanh con với suy nghĩ “cứ nộp trước rồi tính sau”, nhưng vài năm sau mới nhận ra chỉ một chi tiết nhỏ cũng có thể khiến kế hoạch bị chậm lại nhiều năm. Thực tế, diện F3 không khó nếu hiểu đúng bản chất, nhưng sẽ trở nên rủi ro nếu làm sai ngay từ đầu.
