This site gives people a place to ask for help. However, it does not track the donations because people can choose any money transfer service (paypal, etc) when they ask for help. Some people also choose to post their gofundme link here.
I think it would be interesting to know how many people have received donations on this site, too. But currently, this information is not able to be tracked.
