I have been on the matchmaking service for over 2 years and I have only had 3 dates and they were unsuccessful. When I asked why I was not getting any dates she said that if you were not overweight you would get more matches because guys like skinny woman. Through SINTC, I learned what to do, what to look for and started meeting more and more appropriate, potential partners until one really clicked". Laura is also a great matchmaker, having set me up with several awesome guys (one resulting in a 6 month relationship). So, I inquired with her. She could not find my payment, which my bank confirmed the order had been processed from my bank card. She finally confirmed that I had paid. She apologized for the mix up. Our schedules didn't match up. When I went to get back to her, she didn't respond. She said she was sick for two weeks. Had difficulty getting a refund because they couldn't find the payment. One of my friends and I decided to go to a Single in the City speed dating event held here in Toronto solely from word of mouth, cuz we heard they had a great reputation. I was very impressed because the attendees were genuinely single, the venue was quite classy, no awkwardness and no segregation in the sexes and the mingling was definitely on. The first two speed dating events I went to, seemed pretty cool, the people weren’t awkward at all. I didn’t like the information overload, even though the venue was very nice, it was too packed and I couldn’t remember names, lol. The third one I went to was just for fun again and I met my gorgeous girl, Ayanna, we’ve been together for 7 months now.
