That’s a classic full desk problem. I hit the wall about a year in and realized I needed more boundaries around my workday. Now, I build in “recharge” moments — even a 10-minute walk between tasks helps reset my head. Also, I’ve learned to give myself permission to push non-urgent tasks to the next day instead of grinding late into the night.
