About the Role
As a Loyalty Program Intern, you will play a key role in supporting and engaging our VIP customer base. This includes customers who regularly follow updates like crumble cookies this week, participate in promotions, and actively engage with our brand.
Location
Remote (USA based preferred), with optional hybrid meetups in Austin, TX.
Internship Details
Position: Loyalty Program Intern. Duration: 3 months with potential extension. Start Date: June 10, 2026. Compensation: $18 per hour plus performance bonuses. Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and engage with our loyal member community of approximately 12,500 active users. Track weekly trends including customer reactions to crumble cookies this week flavors. Coordinate personalized offers and rewards for top tier members. Respond to customer inquiries via email and app messaging, averaging 40 to 60 per day. Assist in planning monthly campaigns and limited edition product launches. Maintain CRM data and update customer profiles. Analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
What We Are Looking For
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Interest in food, desserts, or lifestyle brands. Basic understanding of customer engagement or marketing. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and simple analytics tools. Highly organized and responsive. Bonus if you have experience managing online communities or social media groups.

Monday: Review feedback on last week’s cookie flavors. Tuesday: Prepare loyalty rewards for over 250 VIP members. Wednesday: Draft email campaigns featuring crumble cookies this week. Thursday: Analyze engagement data and update reports. Friday: Host community Q and A sessions and collect feedback.
