Is it difficult to buy property in Spain?

Are there anyone here who deals with real estate? Maybe someone has even bought it in Spain. I am interested in how difficult it would be to do? Any advice?

Apartments and houses in Spain are particularly attractive to investors. They can always be rented out or sold at a profit. It is not difficult to acquire them, even with a foreign nationality.
