I am just starting my career as a junior dev and I want to find a company where I can actually learn from seniors. I am tired of just doing basic tasks without any feedback. Do big gaming companies have mentorship programs for new hires? How fast can one expect a promotion if they work hard? I want to work with a modern tech stack like microservices so I can build a solid foundation for my future career.
