My Story: Please Help Me Rebuild My Life
My name is David. I am from Malawi, but I now live in South Africa. Last year, my life changed forever.
One evening, I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Some gangsters started shooting, and I was hit by a stray bullet. I wasn’t involved in anything bad, but I ended up in the hospital, fighting for my life.
I stayed in a coma for two months. When I woke up, the doctors told me something that broke my heart. My spinal cord was damaged, and I would never be able to walk again.
Since then, life has been very hard. I am now in a wheelchair and cannot work. I have children who need school fees, I need to pay rent, and I need to take care of my family, but I don’t have any way to earn money.
I am asking for help from anyone who can assist me. I want to rebuild my life so I can take care of my kids and give them a chance at a better future. Your help, no matter how small, will mean so much to me and my family.
