She outright made my mom have to pay a overdue bill by putting it in moms name instead of her own, that's the issue as mom can't pay $584 that it says on bill! Now its up to me to help crowd fund for my poor mom! This isn't right honestly, I'm viewing my sister differently now which is a SHAME...
