First, let me start off by saying I am extremely grateful for any assistance of any amount. Basically, I'm slipping through the cracks. My vehicle, that I use for my delivery job, needs immediate attention, currently, I am sheltered, I'm paying rent in a shack that doesn't have running water, but is all that I can afford.
