Personal Computer for mentally unhealthy person - Freewill - 11-19-2018
Hello,
I am mentally unhealthy person from Russia, my income is only enough to cover food and medicine. I need Personal Computer for personal use to communicate with relatives, use Internet to pay bills, learn video and photo editing.My pc that I have is barely alive, it's 9 years old. Any help is appreciated.
