Single mother facing homelessness - mixirae - 12-23-2016
Hello, I ran across this website as kind of a desperate, last resort. Long story short, I'm a single mother who just became unemployed due to my daughter being sick.
I can no longer afford my apartment and now that I am unemployed, I do not qualify for state assistance (employment is required). Also a result of my unemployment, my landlord is threatening to evict my daughter and I. I have no friends or family nearby as I moved to this city a little over 6 months ago or else I would ask for their help. All I am asking for is $750 to pay this month's rent which will help me buy a little more time to find another job and hopefully will help me keep my home.
If you can help me, I would be so grateful. We are terribly down on our luck and I had to absolutely swallow my pride and post here asking for help, so I really hope something comes of it and my daughter and I are blessed. Also, if I'm helped, I can provide proof that I'm legit. Thank you all, and Merry Christmas.?
