I found that domestic shipping makes a massive difference too because you aren't sitting around for three weeks wondering if your package got stuck at a border somewhere while your injury gets worse. For my last two cycles of recovery work, I’ve been sticking with https://www.ecbt.org/product/ultra-rehab-mix-zphc-50-mg-usa-domestic/ and the results have been night and day compared to when I was trying to just "rest" it out. The ZPHC stuff is really consistent and since it ships from within the US, it usually lands on my doorstep in a few days, which is a lifesaver when you're in pain.
