Friends I am really in need of money plz help me as I am going through bad face of life plz plz I request as it's getting Tough for me and I am feeling demotivated

Hello there and thank you for taking the time to look at my post. I am an 18 year old looking to start University in a week and need $1400 for accommodation fees. Okay so I have been applying for jobs since December and haven't been very successful with that. Plus I have tried doing online surveys, watching ads for money etc, and nothing has worked. I emailed the university a few days ago and they generously gave me an extension but I only found out about the fees a week ago cause they don't actually tell you oh hey we need you pay almost $1500 dollars before you move in!! Plus on top of that I have all my books and other things to worry about and I'm really desperate cause if I can't pay it they won't let me into the university and I've spend ages trying to prepare. My parents won't help me because they practically disowned me when I was 13 and I really don't want to ask my friends parents (who i am living with for free) because that would just be rude since I've been living their for free. So if you have any spare cash or anything please help because it would be greatly appreciated.

Please finish reading before you judge me upon my previous actions, everyone deserves a second chance.
Since I was old enough to legally gamble I have done more or less every week for the past 8 years. I have always been in full time employment and I would say 85% of everything I have earned I have spent online gambling. I only stopped 2 months ago and also set up blocks with all online casinos and betting companies.
Since then I have been trying to pay back my friends and family, I haven’t even been able to start paying off my debt. I have £36,000 in debt a lot of the time from small loans which charge silly amounts of interet. My current job will end at the end of January and I have been having a lot of mental health problems due to everything that has gone on.
I have put in a situation  where I now have bad credit, I could have easily paid of a mortgage if I got one when I was younger, I have missed out on many things but more importantly I want to make it up to my partner and two daughters who have also missed out due to my foolishness.
I would never think of commiting suicide but so you understand my mindset I am feeling very low and I have let everyone down. I do think they will be better of without me.
I may not be anywhere near as deserving as the other people asking for donations, and even though I have let people down in the past I always help people when I can. I am a big believer in Karma and I am sure that the by fate the right person will read through this and understand my situation and help me out.

 After I received my AA degree in American History in the summer of 2018 that I immediately wanted to visit my elderly parents in Cebu, Philippines.  I did get a chance to spend quality time with my aging parents esp. my loving mother who I often refer to as the "Supermom of the 80's and 90's" since she provided for all of us during trying times.  Without her I simply wouldn't be here right now.  I wasn't supposed to stay here no longer than a few months but an unexpected tragedy such as the loss of my step dad through dialysis complications forced my extended stay.  I'm completely broke right now so I have to use the resources available for me to save enough money for plane ticket. 

When I get back to CA that I would appreciate my American life even more due to my experiences here in poverty stricken Philippines but for the meantime I have to deal with the life pressures here in Asia.  I'm trying to find odd jobs right now to finance my ticket but foreigners often have difficulties working in Philippines due to language
 barriers and the extreme hot weather.  I would appreciate any kind of donations that could be given at this time.  Thank you.

Hello Everyone! I know that a lot of people heard about the virus in china. Well, I got scammed by the people that hired me and I came around the world to this country to start off fresh and from a new page.
