Anyone bought 2019 Jeep Cherokee?
#1
Hi folks! I saw a 2019 Jeep Cherokee with front damage and about 39,000 miles. They’re quoting me $4,000, and I’m not sure if that reflects true value or what the repair costs might look like. Has anyone here bought one like that, and is that price fair?

Hey! It’s smart to check actual data before you decide, because pricing damaged SUVs can be tricky. I checked a 2019 Jeep Cherokee with front end damage on AutoConduct — the 2019 Jeep Cherokee https://autoconduct.com/vin/1C4PJMCX7KD1...okee-2019/ sold for $2,650 at auction with similar mileage. That’s the kind of real sales figure you won’t find just by browsing ads, and the AutoConduct website is great for that because it tracks final prices and damage details by VIN. Now, regarding repair costs — simple bumper and grill fixes are usually a few hundred to a couple thousand, but if there’s frame or suspension involvement, you could be looking at quite a bit more. Based on that $2,650 sale, $4,000 from a private seller doesn’t seem outrageous, but you want a good inspection first to see what’s really wrong before committing.
