My car was stolen this past weekend and then recovered 3 and a half hours from where I live. I have insurance but they are requiring me to prepay for the recovery costs from the tow company. Also, I thought that full coverage meant full coverage but it doesn't. NONE of the contents that were taken are covered which include electronics necessary for work and half of what I'd gotten the kids for Christmas (not all at least thank goodness!). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
