I am currently exploring the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP®) certification and came across the training from SterlingNext while researching project management certifications.
It looks focused on improving skills in project scheduling, planning, and timeline management, which seems very useful for project-based roles.
I want to understand if this certification is still valuable in today’s project management industry.
