Natural ways to improve deep sleep

Hey everyone. I am looking for some natural ways to improve my deep sleep. I fall asleep okay, but I wake up feeling like I never really went under. I want to avoid heavy prescriptions if possible. Does anyone have any herbal or holistic suggestions?

Hello! I struggled with that "light sleep" issue for years and it honestly ruins your entire day when you don't hit those deep REM cycles.
