Need help while I look for another/a second job

I initially posted looking for help in August to get my meds but found out they were trying to give me a 3 month supply so was able to get my meds but due to overtime cuts for the past few months I've been getting behind on everything.  I am actively trying to find either a second job or a better paying job to leave my current job and even been offering odd job services but have not had luck yet and I was already behind for the past couple of months now I'm at a point where everything is either shut off or about to be and I need help. I need 400 to get out of shut off range of the currently at risk utilities and I need 360 in order to be able to pay my insurance and get my tags which are already a month late and its my only way to and from work as it is. If i can get more than that to get in good standing until i have another job I would appreciate it but that is what i need in the next few days-week as soon as possible. I don't know what else to do in the meantime and not being able to use my car is just going to get me further in the hole. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Hello! I'm recently diagnosed diabetic and have to take sugar pills and metformin. I'm even further in debt right now because I've still not found a second or better full time job and am behind on bills as well. I'm jist so drained and don't know what else to do in the meantime. I even posted around trying to find odd jobs but have had zero luck so far. I just want to stay afloat in the meantime. I just dont know what else to do at this point.

Updated because was able to figure out my meds but situation has gotten worse and looking for whatever help i can get.
