We r less than 48 hrs away from being out in the streets in the cold. It's me (51) my husband (57) our 20 yr old son and our 2 dogs.our car blew up about 5 months ago and we are now holding on to the very last thread that's holding us up. We haven't been able to find jobs because we can't get there. The boys were working but lost their jobs because they couldn't get there. We can apply at the fast food places near us but for the days that we have to wait to get paid, we will have to sleep in the woods. Our days have become nothing more than trying to survive. Food banks via the bus route. Donating plasma to pay the hotel stay. From October 11th- today Dec. 5th we have paid $3400 in "rent" to the Baymont and it's all gone now (the money we had saved while working) we are hard workers. Ready to work! We need help so we can help ourselves! If anyone can help please help!
