I’ve done a lot of cold-weather expeditions, but nothing compares to the comfort of a wall tent with wood stove. Setting up the Coody 17.2 in Forest Green was surprisingly easy—it literally inflates in minutes, and the stove jack is perfectly positioned for the Caminus M stove. I was worried about the weight of the stove, but it’s quite portable and the heat output is incredible. We were able to maintain a steady 72 degrees inside while it was 25 degrees outside. It turns the "suffering" of winter camping into a legitimate luxury experience. For hunters or researchers who need to stay in the field for long stretches, this hot-tent setup is an absolute game-changer.
