Automation vs Personal Touch - regulus - 09-22-2025

I’m debating using a fully automated review management tool. I like that it sends automatic emails to customers, but I worry it feels impersonal. Thoughts?

I understand your concern! I’ve been using Review management tool  which automates review requests, and I was worried it might feel impersonal too. In practice, it works well because you can customize the emails to match your brand’s tone, making them feel more personal. Most customers actually appreciate the reminders, especially if they’ve had a good experience. You still get to engage with reviews individually when responding, so it’s a good balance between efficiency and maintaining a human touch. Definitely worth considering for small businesses.
