Yo, been messing with AI agents for automating workflows but half the time they go off script or miss the context completely. Anyone figured out how to actually get these things to follow instructions without babysitting them every five minutes?

The problem usually is not the agent itself but how it is configured, small tweaks to the instructions and constraints make a massive difference in how reliably it performs. Start by locking down the agent's scope to one specific task instead of giving it ten things to juggle, it performs way better when it is not trying to be a Swiss army knife.
