Its legal in Oregon as long as there is public right way even on private property in complex but this crosses the line because we have dogs in our window who like to bark at our neighbors when they see them near their car
. our manager told us everything. Why is it our neighbors business anyway to say anything about our dogs and obviously causing us huge amount of stress, neighbor is creepy and I dont trust her so now it makes me want to put a can in my window and watch her and her disgusting red car!
Help me catch our creepy neighbor! I'll need someone to pay for the camera so I can show proof what she's up to.

My aunt when I was 9 or so took my sister to the movies instead of me because I didn't take my medicine for a small cold, she played favorite and defeated me emotionally so I dont have much contact with her UNLESS I see her in person which is next to never due to her health issues.. Her son was always cared for by my mom because my AUNT did drugs in past method or cocaine I think so aunt wasn't the best mom, she also for banned in Colorado because of drug use :l that bad over 30 or 40 years ago (lifetime ban) thank god I've always said no to methods of drug use..
Don't want to be banned anywhere!
