Hi generous people out there! I ended up here out of desperation due to my current situation. I run a prestigious basketball tournament in the Philippines, that has been doing well since 2016 until later part of last year. Our popularity has gone down all of a sudden and I never expected it. For months I was trying to figure out how to boost our status but to no avail. Since we are renting a court with an agreed contract to pay our slot schedules regardless if we use it or not, I started to accumulate negative cash flow which ultimately affected my ongoing tournaments.


Fast forward to January this year, I started to delay game schedules because of the piling debts I incurred. Teams/clients started to wonder and doubt and I ran out of excuses. And so I was forced to schedule one of the 3 pending championship games in the next day. Which is actually about 24 hours from now. I've ran out of ideas to source the funds needed. Each championship game would cost 1000usd (50k in pesos). My loan applications were all declined because my business lack the required papers and I don't really have anyone, family or friends whom I can borrow money from.

I fear for my safety if I don't come up with the funds. I am dealing with powerful people in my line of business. And if you know anything about that sort of thing in my country, it could get dangerous for someone like me. I am trying this website which I actually found in the deep web browser tor. It never occurred to me to use this platform at all. But I'm out of options. I badly need help. I don't wanna be harmed or be sued. Hi, my name is Jamie. I am currently selling the Big Issue and am currently sleeping on the sofa of a friend. I lost my job in a bingo hall during the pandemic and was forced to leave my bedsit when the landlord sold the property.
I feel lucky to sell the Big Issue but sometimes the reactions of hostile commuters, make me feel worthless and not want to continue selling.

You just have to make the best of it and delude yourself that you are enjoying it at times.
Despite this, I enjoy interacting with people and dream of what I will do when I get back on my feet. I like talking to people, and that’s the best thing about selling the Big Issue it gives you the chance to communicate.
I would love to have my own kiosk where I sell my own newspapers and drinks and snacks, a little business that would help me get my own room and feel like a worthwhile human being again.

Hi folks! The short context: I lost my job in January, my previous housing had to change (landlord has to sell for their own reasons), and I'm trying to get settled and employed.

I have two smallish requests -- I'm trying to get established in an apartment, but doing so requires an application and I don't have the cash to spare. The application is about 50 bucks. (I'm eligible for rent assistance but they need a lease, which requires applying.)

The second request -- while moving, I fell and sprained both ankles. I can manage to get around the apartment itself, but it's a third floor apartment and stairs aren't fun. I do receive SNAP (food stamps) and there is a local grocery store that delivers, but delivery fees and a decent tip are also an expense that I've been trying to manage. Like the application, this can run up to 50 bucks (sometimes less, but I try to tip a bit extra due to the stairs).

This is my first time doing this so I'm not sure how to write this and I'm truly sorry for any confusion but I'm dealing with a tough situation and financially, I'm struggling.
