I’ve been debating whether to do this for the past month. However, I’m not sure If I can do this any longer. I’ve been laid out of work since January because of the health problems I had. I took two months to rest since I didn’t have a proper vacation from work for almost 5 years due to COVID. I was able to survive using my emergency fund, but it’s been months of job searching and I still haven’t been able to secure a new job. Both of my parents have underlying health condition that I feel are more important than mine, so I’ve been prioritizing sending money to those first. My parents are both old and retired and since they are dependent on me, I cannot ask them for any financial aid. I don’t feel myself getting better, but I don’t have any more savings and remaining credit in my card for consolation and eventual surgery.
 
I’m currently living off from my credit card but not sure until when I can last. My debt is piling up and recruitment goes down during Christmas season. I’m really hoping to get outside help in paying my medical/credit card bills of 13,000 USD. Any small amount you want to give will help.

Hello. I made a decision today to stop the insanity and try something different. For most of my life I've been on top. Good decisions, good results. My needs and wants fully met as I've always worked tirelessly to take care of me and my children.

2 years ago, everything changed, and I became unemployed. For about a year I was able to stay afloat, but that's not my story anymore. I no longer have my own residence and share a room with my son at a friend's place. Grocery is a luxury. For the most part is making a meal out of whatever is available.

Thankfully, I didn't leave behind a lot of debt. It's really just the day to day. I have my belongings in storage, car insurance, car payment, and a cell phone to maintain. Keeping gas in my car has also become a big expense because my commute to take my son to school is pretty far.

With this, I know I don't have the worst plight of the many you may learn of, but then again, the weight of the worries is its own heavy.

Any small or large amount you could provide is greatly appreciated. I truly look forward to the days I can return to being the giver. For now, however, I am open to receive.

I’ve been working really hard to keep my life together and make ends meet. I was working two full time jobs at the start of this year and I lost one job in May that cost me nearly everything. I have been trying to stay on track while also looking for a second form of employment. I found out in August that I was pregnant again which has caused a pause in finding another full time job to go along with the one I already have. I lost my car tonight due to a repossession being sent out 7 days ago. I continued to live in my home through this struggle where me and my 12 yr old son were without water for 3 months.
