Hello, this is my first time ever being on this site. I have explored all of my options as far as legal aid services but I have not had any luck with getting the help I need. So far, after speaking with multiple lawyers, I have come across a lawyer that only wants $1500 retainer and $200/hr. Because of my bad credit I do not qualify for any installment loans and none of my family or friends have money to loan me; so I am here as my last resort. I have been stressing and I would be distort if my daughter gets taken away from me after all these years I have taken care of her because I didn't have the money to hire a lawyer to help defend me. Hi I know this is a long shot and a last resort , but I don't know what else to do. I bought a car 3 years ago it was in and out of the shop for the 3 years I had it..I bought it because it had a "lifetime warranty" on it, which was a load of crock. Nothing that ever went wrong with it was ever covered. I hace spent over 3 grand in repairs in 3 years im tapped out.
