Greetings potential generous donators! I'm certain you've no doubt heard the old adage "It takes money to make money." The less of it you have the more glaringly obviously true this statement becomes, I can attest to this first hand. My overall goal is to raise money and use that capital to make more money.

The initial plan was to find a new job after the contract from my last one ran out, and use the funds from that to create a stable foundation to begin an upward spiral of wealth. This plan did not work out. Literal 100s of job applications sent out, editing and adjusting my resume to make it more appealing to employers, going out on foot to local businesses asking to see if they were in need of help, all of which did not pan out. Now take into account this was in the months before covid-19 even hit the US. If I was already having trouble finding employment then you can imagine how hopeless I felt now. Even with that I try not to let myself stay discouraged for too long and have constantly been on the look out for new avenues to put myself on a path to success which brought me to this site. The realization that there are plenty of people out there with the means and the desire to lend a hand.

A little bit about myself. I'm 27 year old male. Growing up was a bit rough, I wasn't born into wealth. As a kid I was no stranger to having the power shut off, needing to fill the bathtub with water because the waterbill's over due, having to decide between risking spending money on a haircut and a train ticket to go to an interview for a job I might not get, or keeping the money in my pocket to eat. It's taken work to keep my mind open to all possibilities and not fall into a victim mindset because I know once I fall into it, it becomes nearly impossible to dig my way out.

I've got the mindset and motivation, all I need is the means to create an opportunity for myself.

I literally have a lump in my throat sharing this, but I'm admittedly desperate for help as getting to the bottom of Jessies' sickness. As the days go by I had been trying to manage with insurance payouts (which is now maxed out) and this now becoming unsustainable and getting me in debt.

I hoped that Jessie might get better with time and treatment, but she is only getting worse and there is nothing that is more important in my life than hers.
It took me a lot of lost pride to get to a point to ask for the kindness of others, but I can't maintain the costs on my own to find out what is actually wrong with her for sure.

Scammed over and over again

So i fell for a romance scam and finally cut the person lose, but then a "relative" of theirs messaged me and said she tried to commit suicide. Naturally, she played on my guilt and got me to send money over and over again
promising to pay me back. Finally, I realized she and the relative were liars and cut them out of my life. It me with very little money and crippling debt. People who have tried to help me try to give me a ton of money at once, but they all turned out to be scams cause they kept asking for more and more. So, I request that if you want to help me send me it in small chunks please. A thousand at the most please, but free of charge as I am close to being broke and my mom doesn't know the same witch scammed me a second time.

Hi! I work full time to support my family of 4. We have currently fallen about 1500-1800 behind on our bills. I need help getting caught. I am currently paying the minimum on utilities each month to keep it on, and am worried this month my rent check will bounce. Unfortunately a couple months ago I got a month behind and now because I only have enough to pay the bills and buy food each month I cant get caught up and now have late fees on things like my car insurance. This post has reached about 340 views and as expected i never recieved any donation, but a few months back it was worth a shot for me i gues.
I just wanted to give a little update:
I got out of my bad spot by myself and no longer require help. I kinda think its disgusting to ask strangers for money and thereby solving your Problems you might have caused by yourself (im not adressing people who were not responsible for their Problems).
With that being said, you should notice how desperate I used to be back then.
Anyways I learned that you just have put yourself together and DO something, your future is mostly in your own hands and if you got yourself is a shitty situation you can get yourself out of it aswell, it CAN always go worse i learned that the hard way.
All you got to do is aim high and reach for it.
So at everyone who read this thread for pure enjoyment and is indeed reading this again, thanks for your time.

I have osteo arthritis real bad in my hips.It is hard to walk and work.It is very difficult to work on my feet.I live ina small town that doesnt have much going for it.Since COVID things have been difficult and I got behind about $700 on bills including a prescription bill. My legs swell daily and that makes things worse.Not only is it in my hips it is everywhere else.Just my hips are the hardest hit.This came from a old injury I couldnt get taken care of at the VA hospital. I have a few kids living at home and It would be nice to get back up on my feet.Being down and laying alot I have gained alittle weight which is embarrassing, but I cant help it.I do stay active though.
