Hi there! I'm a little embarrassed to have to ask strangers for help, but here I am.

My dad was diagnosed with cancer around two weeks ago. Since then, he's undergone surgery to have the tumor removed and he's doing well, however he'll be recovering for an unknown amount of time and can't return to work. Since he's a small business owner and a widow, he'll have absolutely no income until he's fully recovered and can go back to work. His bills are piling up, and I can't afford to take care of both of us. He'll also need money for basics like food, so donations of any amount are appreciated.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to view this. That really does mean a lot to me. I'm not one to ask for things, but I think the climate of the world right now has us all doing things we aren't the most comfortable with. I've been out of a job for a few months now, and that stimulus doesn't go far. I'm kicking myself in the ass for not signing up for unemployment, but I really didn't want to take away from those that need it more. Now I'm realizing that maybe I've been a little hard on myself. Right now, I'm struggling to pay my phone bill. It's crucial for me to have not only so I can get ahold of family, but because I do Instacart to get by. If that wasn't the icing on the cake, my phone has decided to take a tumble for the worst, as now it is being fussy with chargers, and must be kept hooked up. Without my phone I can't make any money. I sat down to do my taxes today, to earn a bit of coin after finally convincing myself it was worth the bit of change I would get back. I figured I would have my return in a few days and I could handle my bill and maybe purchase a new phone. I do verizon prepaid, and they have some reasonably priced devices that I could definitely get by on.  Well, now I'm locked out of my email address that held one of my W2's. I can get back in, with my phone number. But, my phone has been out of servive for a couple days. I've been in tears all morning wondering what I'm going to do for money. Everyone I know around me is struggling, as I'm sure a lot of you are. But if you have any change to spare, it would mean the world to me. I'm from South Africa and I was starting to make a good and honest living at the age of 20 years, I got a decent work and I worked my ass off for my Company, everything started off pretty good but after 5 years my girlfriend cheated on me and I got retrenched from work and I just started to lose everything that I worked hard for, but that didn't get me down, I immediately started looking for another job and I sent out about 100 applications and out of nowhere Covid 19 happened so because of that I was unemployed for almost a year now and then all of my unpaid debt started piling up, so I landed in this black hole that I cant get out of, I don't know what I did to deserve this I'm a really good and honest person and always have been, I just really don't know what to do anymore I am giving everything that a got to get back on my feet but doesn't matter what I do nothing seems to get better   to be honest I started getting ideas to just end my life because for some reason God doesn't love me anymore and it feels like he just threw me away for no reason at all. I need help. I am so far behind with all of my bills. There is an issue I am still working with unemployment to work out but I have not received any money since September 2020. I broke my dominant arm and injured my leg in May 2020 but was working at a restaurant before covid. My rent, electricity, wifi and car are all in jeopardy.
