I've never tried a website like this before but it was suggested to me so I thought I would give it a shot.  I'm a mom of 3 children ages 8, 7, and 4 and am employed full time as a caretaker/assistant to an elderly gentleman.  Recently he contracted the dreaded Covid virus and has been hospitalized for the past two weeks.  As I'm an hourly employee and not a salaried employee, if I'm not working then I don't get paid and as he has been in the hospital, I'm currently not able to work for him until he is better and things get back to normal. Being the only provider for my children since their father left, I was already living paycheck to paycheck as most people are these days and didn't have left over funds for any savings of any sort and so going without that paycheck for two weeks now has made it extremely difficult to make ends meet.  As a result my water and electricity have been turned off and my children and I have been surviving without it for the past several days, close to a week now by taking what I did have left from the last paycheck I got and buying gallons of water to use and finding things to eat that didn't require cooking with the electric stove and things like that.  However my funds have run dry so I can't even buy another gallon of water much less pay to have the utilities turned back on.  My rent is also fast approaching it's due date and I won't have enough to pay that either so any little bit of help that I can get would be greatly appreciated and would go a very long way in helping us to make it until I am able to get back to work when my employer is released from the hospital.  Thank you in advance to anyone who may see this and may be able to offer any amount of help at all.

Hi everyone

Firstly, im not going to give a long speach. I just want to say may GOD bless us all in abundance. 

I am a single mom of 2 boys ages 4 and nearly 2 years. I used to sell hair care products which I earned a income on a daily basis. It was not much but I could get by with feeding my kids and giving them a little bit more than the ordinary.

When it rains, it pours! 

So a series of bad things have been happening to me the past 2 months. I have lost my small business due to being scammed out of 5k. Thus causing me to have to explain to clients why their orders are late or hasnt even arrived yet.  I have exhausted all my finances on rent and food and not forgetting gas. Just basic survival. I feel i have no time for my kids, since im all day on my phone looking for ways and means to earn an income, my baby already starts to cry when i pick up my phone and he wants attention. But its so hard when u worry about where the next diaper or plate of food will come from. I dont have anybody. No family, they basically turn a blind eye or they just say they dont have. Its so stressful for me because i litterally have no time for myself or time for my kids worrying what my next option would be. Currently im sitting in the car, was on my way to drop of my very last shampoo set and use that money to get gas into my car and atleast get some nappies the night and a meal for us. Guess what? She cancelled while on my way to her, i decided okay let me reroute my plan to get to the nearest person i know who can help. I get there and she tells me she doesnt have a blue cent to assist me. I get back into the car, boys cried themselves to sleep nagging theyr hungry, where i live there arent many feeding schemes and we are often looked down upon when we ask for help. So i am forced to be independent on myself. As i drive away  few block and i run out of gas. Its really too far to walk with my kids to get back home. So now im sitting in thw car. Looking for help i texted over 40 people not one of them able to help me, i cant leave my vehicle behind as its the means to get to my bread and butter and will probably be stolen when i come to get it later. So i guess we are sleeping in the vehicle in this freezing weather i dont even have a blanket  to keep us warm.

Please assist me in getting us home. I dont want much since i can find my own way with hustling but atleast a 50 to 100 dollars would be sufficient. I would be forever grateful and i would definitely do the same once i get bacm on my feet.

I am begging with everything that I have in my soul for anyone to donate any amount of money that they can. 

I just graduated college (May 2021), but I paid for by myself with no help from anyone. I endured the most racist and belittling professors I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. All fours years were nothing but clawing and struggling my way through cuz I knew there was a reward waiting for me at the end. 

I got my degree and had to move back in with my family for that summer. We do not get along. But I held my tongue, got the only job I could get (Walmart Deli worker) and began to focus on saving for a car and obtaining my driver's license. Every day I woke, worked, fought, and slept. I could physically feel my mental stability draining with each clock in I did every morning. But I did it. The entitled customers, the self serving managers, and the creepy sequel old men groped were just the surface level of it all. 

By October I got my license, bought this old 2008 Ford escape,  and had an interview for my dream job all lined up. I was also planning to move out into my very first apartment within the two weeks. I felt fulfilled, accomplished, and like the adult I always wanted to be. A week later I got hit by a drunk driver going 60. 

She totaled my car. 

I only had it for 5 days. That evening I got a call from the board of directors squealing about how impressive my resume was, but they wanted to move on with a different candidate because I was lacking experience. 

No car. 

No job. 

And I move to my new apartment in a week. 

I watched my entire life crumble in a day. But I refused to fucking give up. So I became a stripper. Danced and shook ass for a week. It was all a big numb blur. I found a cheap shitty car and left. A few months a sorta adjust to my new home. I eventually found a job as a front desk agent. 

Fadt forward to April 17th 2022. 
Everything felt like it was ever so slowly falling back into place. I had this trip planned with my best friend. We'd go to El Paso to visit a friend and take him to his job in New mexico. It's this Christian summer camp place called Sacramento. Very pretty. 

It was fun and amazing. It was my very first long distance drive. A personal accomplishment. Because after my wreck I would only drive if I was starving. 

Anyway we're past Cloudcroft and we're going up this mountain and smokes starts selling out of my car. It's a cracked gasket head. I was stranded in New Mexico for three days. Fortunately the camp gave me a room to stay in. I found a ride back to texas and had to give my car away. Now I'm here: bitter, numb, and on the brink. 

I need help. I'm currently saving for a new car but with rent, bills, and ubering to work it's nearly impossible. I tried to figure it out. My back has finally gone out, i have discs in my back that are dying. Two that lay on my nerve, causing agonizing pain from my head to my toes. Needless to say that landed me on the unemployed side of life and has caused what feels like irreversible damage to my home life.
